Previous experience of eRostering systems or ESR will be a plus.

The e-Rostering Officer will be responsible for all aspects of the Healthroster systems administration across the Trust. This will involve system set up for new areas, supporting existing users on electronic rostering, devising and running training sessions, and ensuring accuracy of employee data via the ESR Gateway.

- To be responsible for all HealthRoster user support tasks, identify any issues, solving problems where appropriate and escalating to the eRostering Manager or Head of Workforce Planning and HR Systems as appropriate.
- In accordance with the Trust's rostering policy, meet with Ward Sisters/Charge Nurses/Managers to implement eRostering; capture staffing requirements in terms of numbers per shift and skills/competencies required, thereby ensuring that staff levels are appropriate and aligned to the budgeted establishments for each unit
- To prepare training material, and to deliver HealthRoster training to senior nurses and managers of other staff groups -using various media (Teams or video sessions), including paper based and electronic methods - across the organization.
- To implement Employee Online across all wards/departments within agreed timescales as directed by Manager.
