**Pay Rate**: £32 per hour

**Shift Pattern**:

- Part time or full time

**Duties**:

- Triage referrals to the sensory service, and complete sensory assessments, considering advice and information, equipment and adaptation needs
- Risk assess and provide orientation and mobility training/reablement for residents with a visual impairment

**Requirements of the Rehabilitation Officer**:

- Qualified rehabilitation officer for visual impairment required for the London Borough of Sutton
- It is desirable that you are trained to assess residents who are deaf/blind, and are a trusted assessor
- Hybrid working is possible, but the ability to conduct home visits and see residents in Sutton is essential
- HCPC registration
- Car driver
