PRESS Healthfoods is a leading provider of high-quality health food products. We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Executive at our Greenford DC (West) location. This role will primarily involve providing excellent customer service, managing order processing, and working independently to meet deadlines and handle pressure.

**Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service to our valued clients, ensuring their needs are met and their inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely fulfilment and delivery.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales and Operations teams to ensure smooth order management and resolution of any customer issues.
- Maintain and update customer records and order details in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Work independently to meet deadlines and handle pressure, especially during peak periods.
- Perform tasks that may require solo working, taking ownership of assigned responsibilities.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work to deadlines and handle pressure with a positive attitude.
- Experience in solo working and taking ownership of tasks.

Working Hours: This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, 8am - 5pm and includes weekend work. The specific working hours will be discussed during the interview process.
