Customer Experience Executive Part Time

**We are looking for a great new part time team member to join our ever-growing team, joining our Customer Experience team at PRESS Healthfoods We started out 8 years ago as a hand-pressed juice company, selling our products out of a bathtub in Old Street station. Today, we are stocked in over 700 retailers across the UK, EU & USA and we are fast becoming the most reputable and trusted plant-based, online nutrition business in the UK.**

**This exciting role takes ownership of both our “Customer Experience & Order Processing” operations here at PRESS. Ensuring that any interaction with our customers is a positive one & leaves them with a smile on their face. You will also be responsible for assisting the team in ensuring all orders are processed correctly and go out on time.**

**The job is based in our Greenford DC (Central Line), where you will work closely with the Customer Experience Manager, Digital & Commercial departments. It’s a fast-paced environment where everyone is hands on and works hard to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.**

**This role will require you to multi-task and complete all tasks to deadlines every day. Using attention to detail and accuracy under pressure, you will meet deadlines to support our Warehouse Team.**

**Previous experience in Customer Service, Warehouse Logistics or an Administration role is essential & previous experience with CRM systems such as Zendesk, Freshdesk or Gorgias would be advantageous.**
