**Roles and Responsibilities to you as a Support Worker in Chippenham**:

- Previous experience supporting individuals with mínimal learning/physical disabilities.
- Knowledge and understanding to work with service users who suffer with mental health.
- Assisting with personal care, domestic duties, accessing the community, maintaining confidentiality and administer medication.

**Person Specification for you as the Support Worker**:

- Minimum of 6 months experience
- Flexibility to work shift patterns
- Good verbal and written communication
