**About the role**:
Our Reablement Care Support Workers work with people in their own homes playing a key role in enabling customers to achieve their goals and objectives. This is achieved by them working alongside dedicated occupational therapists to co-develop customers’ Reablement plans.
This role involves shifts to meet the needs of the service which runs between 7 am to 10 pm 365 days a year there is a requirement to work on a rota that will cover morning, evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
**To be a Reablement Care Support Worker**:
Care experience is not essential and to be a Reablement worker you just need to have a caring & friendly nature and hold a valid UK driver's licence with access to a vehicle.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract, Volunteer
Part-time hours: 0 - 37 per week
**Salary**: £20,043.00-£20,852.00 per year
