**An excellent opportunity to join one of the UK's leading providers of pet cremation services. Based in Lanarkshire, we are now looking to recruit an Administrator to join our experienced team.**

This varied role will encompass working with our team of Aftercare Advisors to provide pet cremation services to pet owners.

Within this role you will be working as part of a team, but also predominantly by yourself. We require someone with empathy, strong communication skills and a proven track record of excellent customer service.

The position will involve working Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Receive telephone calls from and making telephone calls to pet owner to make arrangement for the cremation of pets
- Taking payment for the cremation of pets
- Responding to enquiries/queries from general public and veterinary clients
- Maintaining a record of calls and financial transactions on Company systems
- Collecting deceased pets from clients' homes / veterinary practices
- Attending to pet owners visiting the crematorium in person
- Preparing pets for viewing
- Handling pets in a respectful and dignified manner
- Assisting with the packing, checking and return of pets' ashes
- Other ad-hoc duties as and when required
- Inputting invoices on SAGE (previous experience required)
- Data entry
