**The HR Booth are delighted to be recruiting an Export Support Administrator on behalf of MacNeil Shellfish.**
The Export Support Administrator role will be to support the export function in the processing of all existing exports and the development of new markets in North America, East Asia and additional EU markets as strategically identified by management team. The position has potential for professional growth and career progression.
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Planning, co-ordinating and managing the delivery of individual and group exports/imports.
- Supporting the export team functions (shellfish, logistics, administration, compliance & production) to ensure successful export/import processes.
- Engaging with external agencies (Customs/UK & Scottish trade/seafood authorities) to continuously improve and comply with the export function.
- Working with management team to develop internal resources and process flows for existing exports/imports.
- Working with management team to develop processes for new and additional export markets.
- Obtain relevant customs/exporting qualifications.
- Represent the company at events & meetings.
- Support all general administration functions during holiday/sickness cover.
