**The HR Booth are delighted to be recruiting a Bookkeeper/ Finance Administrator on behalf of MacNeil Shellfish.**

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**
- Processing purchase orders and sales invoices
- Exporting data to/from Excel for analysis and reporting from Sage & Xero
- Submission of data to meet compliance reporting requirements
- Editing reports in Excel for analysis
- Finance administration - reconciling accounts, ledgers & data
- Organisation of the physical and digital filing systems
- Communicating with suppliers & clients
- Covering a variety of administration functions during holiday/sickness periods

**Necessary Skills & Qualities**
- Excellent organisational skills
- Previous experience in Xero beneficial
- Proven track record in time management
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Proactive attitude and outcome focused
- Clear understanding of commercial confidentiality
