**About the role**

Working either Tuesday - Saturday or Wednesday - Sunday, on 8 hour variable shift pattern, you need to be driven by process improvements, able to work in a dynamic and fluid environment, meeting deadlines. So, if you are a hardworking, self-motivated individual, who can work under their own initiative then please get in touch with us.

You will be responsible for ensuring all customers receive an excellent level of service and plan customer orders to trucks via local digital portals.
- Plan groupage loads effectively to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Ensure that trucks are despatched as quickly as possible to reach market as quickly as possible
- Relationship building with customers and colleagues.
- General problem solving and solution finding for customers.
- Ensure daily invoicing and administrative tasks are completed.
- Understanding of customs procedures for exporting trailers from the UK
- Follow up customer queries for their shipments.
- Preparation of customs and sanitary documentation

Please note, this position is fully office based.

**About you**

We need you to be a good team player, excellent communication skills and telephone manner are a must Knowledge of transport operations would be advantageous but not essential.
