Finance Administrator

Based in the beautiful market town of Newmarket, a fast-growing drug discovery company have revolutionised the world of medical diagnostic tools and are looking for a Finance Administrator to join their UK office.
This part-time opportunity is allowing the right individual to come in and take the reins on their transactional finance offering.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Managing purchase orders to ensure they are placed on a timely basis
- Ensuring records of orders and receipts are accurate and kept up to date
- Providing any documentation necessary to assist in quarterly reporting of costs under the groups UK grant awards
- Ensuring suppliers are paid on time, utilising the outsourcing payment functions where necessary
- Liaising with the US based office to ensure work flow is standardised and kept organised
**To be successful, you will need to have**:
- Strong experience with MS Excel and Xero
- Bookkeeping experience
- A methodical approach to your work, alongside an organisational mindset
- High attention to detail with exceptional accuracy
- A friendly and approachable nature
