**Customer Service Administrator**

**The Company**

Our client is a leading global packaging manufacturer, specialising in the Pharmaceutical and Beauty industry. Their Packaging offers deep market understanding gained through years of experience in the Pharmaceutical and Beauty industries. They work closelywith their customers to provide bespoke, ground-breaking solutions for their clients packaging and security needs. Due to maternity, they are now seeking a Finance Administrator to join their team based at their Newmarket Site.

The main purpose of the Customer Service Administrator is to maintain and develop supplier relationships, as well as providing a high-quality service, before, during and after supplier transactions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Issue invoices to customers based on services rendered using JD Edwards system
- Ensure invoices are sent to customers in accordance with terms and conditions
- Support the Finance Team during Month End
- Support Supply Chain Team
- Support Customer Service Team
- Other administration tasks as requested

**Skills, qualifications and/or experience**:

- Passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of working in an office environment.
- Print/Technical background (Desirable).
- Ability to deal with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Easy going person that gets along well with the rest of the team.
- Person who is willing to take up different responsibilities.
- Flexible person in terms of working longer during month end to assist the Finance team.
- Experience in dealing with suppliers/procurement side of the business.
- Intermediate level (but can train if needed later down the line) at Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- ERP systems experience.
