**Job Title**: Maintenance Support

**Department**: Engineering

**Location**: Hamilton, South Lanarkshire

**Job Purpose**:
To manage daily operation of the engineering maintenance management system and send reports to engineering management team, source and order spare parts, manage the engineering stock holding and all other engineering administrative tasks.

**Role Key Accountabilities**:

- Allocate and plan weekly/monthly PPM’s
- Update Daily/Weekly/Monthly KPIs
- Manage engineering stock holding
- Obtain engineering documentation from manufactures/servicing/suppliers including but not limited to: MSDS, RAMS, business insurances, Quotations, Engineering literature etc.
- Conduct internal GMP style audits on the workshop and documentation with the engineering maintenance manager
- Work closely with the production planner to identify gaps in production to complete engineering tasks
- Obtain costs and raise purchase orders for all required engineering parts including liaising with suppliers for best cost value.

**Knowledge, Skills & Experience**:
Strong computer skills are essential, good organisational skills, ability to communicate with multiple external companies in a professional manner. Knowledge of purchase order systems, M3 would be beneficial but not required.

**Personal Attributes**:
Punctual, Ability to work within a team and on their own, ability to constructively critique and improve admin/documentation systems, good organisational skills.
