FuturePro Logistics is a rapidly growing third-party logistics (3PL) company dedicated to delivering flexible, efficient, and high-quality solutions to our customers. We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented **Stock Controller** to join our dynamic team and ensure the accuracy of our customers’ inventory and efficiency of our operations.

**Job Summary**:
As a Stock Controller, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy, and optimising warehouse space. You will work closely with warehouse team to maintain seamless stock control processes and prevent discrepancies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring stock accuracy by completing regular cycle counts and audits, across all customers.
- Maintain accurate stock records within the warehouse management system, Mintsoft.
- Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure efficient stock replenishment and rotation.
- Liaise with the account management team to address stock-related issues and ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Optimise warehouse space utilisation to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in stock receiving, quality checks, and order picking as required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health & safety regulations.
- Develop and lead continuous improvement initiatives related to inventory control.

**Key Requirements**:

- Previous experience in stock control, inventory management, or warehouse operations would be advantageous.
- Forklift license or the ability to gain a certification.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using Mintsoft is not required as full training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently

This role is ideal for someone who is ambitious and eager to take ownership of their area, continuously seeking ways to improve processes and drive efficiency. You will have full responsibility for this function, with the autonomy to make decisions and implement improvements.

**Pay**: £25,000 - £28,000 dependent on experience.

8-hour shift, typically 9am-5pm but other hours can be discussed if preferred.

Monday to Friday.

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
