MGF are currently seeking to recruit an experienced Content Marketing Executive to join our Head Office in Ashton in Makerfield. We offer a competitive rate of pay to applicants who display the required skills.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be required to manage internal and external content production with key team members, departments, and customers.

Your key responsibilities may include:

- Write, edit and proof-read press releases, newsletters, blogs and marketing material copy
- Establish and leverage media relationships, respond to media requests and pitch relevant content to different media outlets
- Support the creation of the PR and Communication strategy to grow brand presence in existing and new market segments
- Research and develop both original content and generate thought leadership content
- Liaise with different departments to develop relevant content
- Creating a suite of case studies capturing our CSR, public engagement and contract activity
- Commissioning any photography or video footage
- Creation and delivery of MGF’s newsletter
- Creation and submission of awards
- Supporting sales and lead generation efforts
- Supporting in organising, running and participating in any conferences and exhibitions
- Closely monitor all campaign activity, ensuring quality is as expected

The core requirements for this role are:

- Public Relations, Communications, Marketing and/or English qualification required
- BA/BS or equivalent working experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong proficiency in copy editing
- Knowledge of CMS (Wordpress, etc.) and analytic tools (Google Analytics)
- Proven ability to translate brand strategy into engaging content
