Main responsibilities will include:
  • Develop and execute competitive marketing strategies and business plans tailored to local market needs.
  • Define clear performance metrics and ensure delivery against commercial targets with a focus on growth and budget efficiency.
  • Utilise customer insights and market intelligence to design impactful campaigns and value-driven messaging.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and business support teams to ensure cohesive regional execution.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clinical and industry experts to enhance evidence generation and market access.
  • Oversee market sensing, analytics, and reporting to provide actionable insights to regional and EMEA leadership.
  • Lead product and solution launches, ensuring alignment and readiness across commercial functions.
  • Drive portfolio optimisation, lifecycle management, and omnichannel marketing initiatives to strengthen market position.
About you:
  • Proven experience in marketing or business roles within the medical devices sector, ideally including exposure to managed services. Demonstrated ability in product or market management.
  • Proven success in leading teams, including managers, within a complex, matrix environment.
  • Strong strategic approach with experience in market development and shaping activities.
  • Demonstrated expertise in omnichannel marketing with a strong digital focus.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, comfortable presenting to senior and executive audiences.
  • Results-oriented, adaptable, and confident in leading change and challenging the status quo.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Our target salary for this position is £110,000 + bonus + fringe benefits.
