Our managed network of pest control professionals delivers effective, innovative solutions to a wide range of businesses and the public sector. Our central management team is based from the Shrivenham Hundred Business Park on the Oxfordshire/Wiltshire border. We are a vibrant, close knit team, dedicated to exceptional customer service.

Due to continued growth, we are currently seeking a detail focused, organised administrator with a background in finance to support our Finance Manager. No two days are the same, but key responsibilities will include:

- Processing sales and supplier invoices
- Sales and purchase ledgers, and journals
- Reconciling finance accounts
- Supplier payment management including controlling credit and debtors
- Updating customer databases
- VAT returns
- Payroll
- Be highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to independently prioritise workloads
- Have a good understanding of all Microsoft programs, especially excel and outlook
- Have a minimum 12 months’ general book keeping experience
- Payroll experience preferable but not essential
- Ideally, have experience of Quickbooks or similar accounting software
- Full training and potential to develop into a more senior role in finance if desired
- Competitive salary of £22,000 to £25,000 commensurate with experience
- Based from the Shrivenham Hundred Business Park with free parking and excellent on-site facilities
- Full time role, generally 8.30am-5pm Monday-Friday, with flexible working options considered on merit.
