Our Lettings team has a large portfolio of managed properties and due to continued growth, they have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Finance & Lettings Administrator to join them. As part of the Finance Team, you will work alongside our busy Property Managers and will be responsible for managing the client account/sales ledger to ensure they are effectively maintained on an ongoing basis.
This is a very busy and varied role and daily tasks include the allocation of rental payments, chasing rental arrears, dealing with landlord charges and fees, invoicing, bank reconciliations and allocation/return of tenant deposits. Lettings have a strong team working ethos and flexibility to also support administrative activities within other areas of the team will be required.
- Have previous finance/accounts experience. Note that a professional qualification is advantageous but not essential
- Be able to use finance software together with excel
- Have excellent attention to detail due to the high level of accuracy required
- Be able to manage ever-changing priorities in order to meet deadlines
- Possess excellent customer service skills together with the ability to form good working relationships

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:30pm. As well as working with a very friendly team and a comprehensive induction process, we offer:
