**About the Role**

You will be part of a supportive team, led by Site Supply Manager working with colleagues who will help you settle in, find your way around and show you the ropes.

As Supply Advanced Team Operative your main tasks and duties will be:

- Receive, put away, pick, and despatch pallets of raw materials or finished goods from our warehouses.
- Process raw materials or finished goods using our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) or Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Use Materials Handling Equipment (MHE) such as Very Narrow Aisle trucks, counterbalance, reach trucks, ride-on or Pedestrian Operated trucks.
- Undertake regular stock checks.
- Oversee returns.
- Work to minimise waste and promote recycling.
- Ensure that Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed.
- Work as part of a team to ensure the site is audit-ready at all times.
- Contribute to meeting team and company-wide targets.

**Salary and Benefits**

You will be paid annual salary of £26,922.17 plus 7.6% shift allowance (£2,046.08) Your shift pattern will be continental shift pattern working 12-hour shifts (6.00 - 18.00 & 18.00 - 6.00) on a two-week rotation of days and nights with every other weekend off. In addition, you will have 2x your annual base salary life assurance, a good company pension scheme, a sports and social fund and free on-site car parking.
