**Key Responsibilities: CNC EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) Operations**
- Set up, operate, and monitor CNC grinding machines according to production specifications and safety standards.
- Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate machining.
- Perform regular equipment checks, troubleshooting, and basic preventative maintenance.
- Maintain precise documentation for production runs and completed parts.
- Closely collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve machining challenges.
- Understand Inspection techniques and CMM Reports
- Ability to work to targets
- Able to adhere to Safety Protocols, wearing PPE and ensuring a safe work environment for themselves and others around them.
- Conduct quality checks on products and materials to ensure they meet specified standard
- Handle and move materials, including loading and unloading raw materials and finished products.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Previous experience operating CNC grinding equipment preferred.
- Familiarity with the specific type of machinery, CNC, CMM, Multi Axis Grinders, EDM, is an advantage
- Good problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to workplace challenges.
- Relevant vocational, technical, or apprenticeship background beneficial.
- Experience in conducting routine maintenance tasks on machinery is preferred
- Troubleshooting experience to address minor machine issues.
