**Salary**: up to £27,001.32

**Shift Pattern**:continental shift pattern, 12 hour shifts (6.00 - 18.00 and 18.00 - 6.00) with every other weekend off

Due to recent multi-million pound investment at our Refresco, Nelson facility, we are looking for Advanced Production/ Syrup Room Operatives who already have some manufacturing experience and want to grow and develop their expertise.

**What are your daily tasks as Advanced Production/Syrup Room Operative?**
- Operate standard machinery at a basic level - full training provided.
- Ensure the effective running of production and packaging lines.
- Complete quality checks and record results, reporting any non-conformances.
- Work as part of a team to ensure the site is audit-ready at all times.
- Contribute to meeting team and company-wide production targets, which make a real difference to our business and our customers.

- Have previous experience of working within a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) manufacturing environment.
- Be accurate in your daily tasks and duties, paying great attention to detail.
- Be open to learn new things as you can be involved in basic engineering and quality tasks.
- Be positive and energetic, and enjoy working in a team.
- Be confident enough to put forward new ideas and suggestions.
- Be comfortable working to targets.
