Experienced in customer services within contact centre, retail or hospitality, and looking expand your skills?
SSCL is recruiting a number of Customer Service advisors to join us in supporting our largest police client. Working in the Customer Hub you, will support with inbound queries over phone and Webchat, being the first point of contact for customers to resolve these queries quickly and effectively. You will provide information from the internal database such as “How do I book an interview” or “What documents should I upload.” You will also be collaborating closely with specialist recruitment teams to handle more complex resourcing and recruitment casework queries.

This role is a 12-month FTC position, working Monday to Friday (no weekends) full time with hours between 8am to 6pm, with a hybrid work pattern (working three days from home and two days from our Newport office)
**What you'll be doing**:
- Use the internal system to provide an accurate and timely response, or escalate queries where applicable.
- Be customer focused at all times ensuring that excellent customer service is provided on all calls.
- Be a part of process and service improvements whether through suggestion or implementation.
- Work as part of a solid team to deliver results during peak times where calls are peaking. Ensure adherence to designated breaks and lunches, and that you are proactive in resolving queries both accurately and quickly.
- Work with honesty and integrity.

**It would be great if you had**:
- Previous experience working in a Contact Centre environment

Employment Type: Full-time, 12month Fixed Term Contract
Location: Newport - flexible hybrid working of 2 days in the office (Mon/Thu) and the rest working from home
