An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit a Senior Programme Support Officer to support the work of the BWC Programme Management Office (PMO) in facilitating the development and delivery of key projects and work programmes. This includes the organisations strategic priorities in programme and efficiency programme.
The post holder will provide support to develop and embed necessary processes and documentation to ensure that the PMO is effective and integral to the organisation.
The post holder will work with clinicians, operational managers and other relevant professionals across the Trust and Integrated Care System (ICS) andhave experience and specialist knowledge in programme/ project management.
They will use PMO systems for tracking and reporting of all projects/ programmes of work.
The Senior Programme Support Officer will provide day to day support to the Head of Strategic Programme Development and the Programme Manager.
This will involve liaising with project leads and action owners across the whole portfolio of programmes and projects including the strategic priorities and efficiencies programme and ensuring the maintenance of project and programme plans and ensuring that all required documentation is completed to the required standard.
The Senior Programme Support Officer will act as a main point of contact for the PMO and maintain and signpost staff to the approved PMO templates and tools, ensuring consistency of approach across the organisation.
The role will involve providing administrative support across the portfolio of programmes, arranging Project/Programme Boards and other work stream meetings, collating and circulating papers and taking minutes and action notes as appropriate.
