Administration Assistant

This role involves managing and coordinating customer repairs of ophthalmic medical devices, as well as assisting with general customer service, order processing and general administration requirements.

- Proactive and enthusiastic
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in IT, including Microsoft Office; willingness and ability to develop new skills using other systems and software as needed
Key Elements of the Role:
- General office duties as required
- Booking in and processing instruments for repair
- Coordinating pricing and return of repaired instruments to customers
- Communicating with our technical partners
- Maintaining a structured and organized approach with good time-management skills
- General office and administrative duties, including interfacing with customers
Working Hours
Part-time, office-based role, 20 hours per week (days and times TBD), with potential for extra hours as needed
Salary
Competitive dependent on experience
