Hopwells Ltd is one of the largest independent food wholesaler in the UK. We are looking to employ A Website & Digital Executive to work from our Head Office in Nottingham.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Content and copy creation for our various websites, including uploading and creating product imagery and copy.
- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and administration of all company websites (currently x 3).
- Product asset management of our 4,000+ of foods from frozen, chilled and ambient ranges with associated supplier branding, photography and nutritional information.
- Responsible for managing all aspects of our websites; blog posts, guest articles, images, reviews, videos and webpages.
- Creating new content and implement a continuous monitoring / auditing of existing content to identify areas of improvement.
- Constantly evolve the search engine optimization (SEO) efforts to promote the website's presence and increase web traffic.
- Full utilisation of the website Content Management Systems including website building tools.
- Data Management, including Data protection, Cleansing and Updating.
- Full use of HTML.
- Creating visual content using InDesign, Canvas & Adobe.
- Enterprise Resource Planning.
- Respond & work in conjunction with the I.T. Dept for security issues, troubleshooting and resolve any website performance issues.
- Provide guidance and support to other departments regarding website queries, product information and user journeys.
- Creating and interrogating various analytical reports, extracting pertinent information and recommending solutions to drive visitor traffic.
- Mobile App management and upgrading.
- Be involved in all aspects of the marketing departmental functions and adapt skillsets to accommodate this growing role.

**Essential Requirements**
- Excellent and confident communication.
- Accuracy and proof reading proficiency.
- Admin and analytical skills.
- Keen eye for detail and capable of managing a varied workload.
- Intermediate knowledge of excel spreadsheets and the ability to analyse mathematical data.

**Salary**: £29,000.00-£34,000.00 per year

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Digital marketing: 3 years (preferred)
- Website management: 3 years (preferred)
