We have been supplying schools and distributors globally for more than 40 years and offer over 50,000 resources of which 6,000 are own developed IP.Visit our website to find out more: https://www.tts-group.co.uk/Job Purpose We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Exec, to join a Digital Marketing team within a wider marketing team in the UK and international colleagues, based in India.You will play a pivotal role supporting both teams on the execution, and optimisation of digital acquisition and onsite trading tasks.Tasks will include but not be exclusive to supporting the execution of organic and paid search campaigns across various online channels and platforms. Then onsite you will be supporting the merchandising team for trading the websites, developing and executing a promotional strategy to cover deals, offers and price points, whilst putting the customer at the centre of everything you do analysing shopping trends and behaviour.We encourage early applications as the vacancy may close once the position has been filled or final interviews have been arranged.Responsibilities Main Responsibilities 1.Onsite Trading/ MerchandisingSupporting the Senior Merchandisers in identifying promotional / marketing opportunities for digital, evaluating traffic, stock and sales implications of the proposed activity.Managing the online product range, ensuring all products are optimised fully and promoted effectively across the website.Liaise with the product management team to support in delivering their goals as well as the overall digital marketing strategy within your assigned areasSupport and initiate onsite digital campaigns, optimisations and updates.Work with creative team on the creation of digital acquisition assets to drive engagement and transactional revenue.2.Digital Performance - SEO and Paid Advertising Support the senior performance managers to deliver a relevant SEO and Paid advertising strategy delivering improvements of search results across search engines, AI and paid advertising.Work with the content team to ensure the digital content they produce is supported and promoted at the most relevant time and place for our customers or potential customers, to drive conversion and retention.Support on conducting audits and monitor website performance and resolve any issues that affect search performance using tools such as Screaming Frog, and Semrush. This includes optimising site structure, improving page speed, and monitoring Core Web Vitals.Work closely with other departments such as brand, content, social, merchandising and product teams to ensure that SEO related tasks and paid campaigns are aligned with the company’s goals.Keep up to date with the latest SEO, AI & Paid advertising industry trends, best practices, search engine algorithms, and sharing knowledge with the team3.Reporting & Analytics: Support on reporting on relevant key metrics and in a weekly and/ or monthly cadence.Using the relevant analytics to monitor KPI’s and make recommendations for improvement.Constantly analyse trading patterns with enough detail to ensure appropriate action is taken.Use data and insight to identify areas of risk and opportunity across all areas of the business, including Product, Channels, websiteSupport the Senior Managers within the team to provide regular feedback loop to the wider business on activity and performance, including recommendation and action plan to achieve KPI’sExperienceKnowledge, Skills & Experience Educated to degree level (or equivalent), preferably in a marketing, digital, analytical, business or IT-related subject. Certifications in email marketing would be advantageous.Proficient within SEO (content, technical, offsite etc) and PPC to include managing data feeds for Google ShoppingAn excellent eye for visual merchandising and knowledge web analytics tools – able to identify ranges and opportunities for our customer across our websites.Commercially astute and able to manage budgetary requirements necessary to form a positive ROI for the business and previous experience in commercially focused environments.Experience in the use of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook AdsAbility to define structured plans, clear communication and foster collaboration to ensure timely delivery of work within an ambiguous, fast paced environment.Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills as relationships in and out of the business are key to the roleExcellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Self-motivated, ability to use initiative and manage/prioritise their own workload efficiently with a can-do attitude.Able to work confidently with colleagues as part of a multi-disciplinary team to deliver projects on time, at the right quality and on budget in a fast-paced environment.What’s in it for you?
