We provide customers with business critical systems to help them serve thousands of customers each day and processhundreds of millions of pounds each year.** Our Epos Field Service Engineers are at the forefront of ensuring our customers business are expertly supported by installing and maintaining essential services equipped with the latest Epos technology. The solutions we provide encompass Touch Screen EposTerminals, Card Payment Machines, Tablet Ordering, Self-Service Ordering Apps, Kiosks, Fingerprint Biometrics, Proximity RFID along with the provision of both wired and wireless networks

Due to the continued growth and success of the company, we are currently seeking the right applicant to join our friendly team based out of Hitchin, Hertfordshire

**Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Predominantly based on the road working within a 2 hour perimeter of London
- Installation of Epos systems and end user training
- Diagnose hardware faults at our clients premises and swap out equipment if required
- Troubleshoot and diagnose network faults
- Provide onsite technical support and program updates
- Installation of network cabling
- Log completed calls on our mobile CRM platform
- Liaise with other Field Service engineers and our helpdesk team
- Ensure customer service levels are met at all times
- Provide weekend cover on a rota basis after successful completion of training
- Should have plenty of energy, enthusiasm, self-motivation and the desire to succeed within a busy progressive technical environment.
- Will have good communication and customer support skills.
- Should have the ability to work together as part of a team as well as being able to solve problems independently
- Will be able to work to tight deadlines.
- Clear concise friendly manner, self-disciplined, work on own initiative, team-working skills, accuracy & flexibility.
