**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
- Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
- Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Sage, etc.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Hotel booking System
- Maintenance Recording & Reporting
- Office Admin - Experience is a must
- Accounts Experience (Sage/Dext experience is a must)
- Loading invoices and sales
- Answering calls
- PA Duties
- Managing Staff
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as an Account Administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: From £12.21 per hour
