Directorate Administrator

We are looking for a highly motivated and well organised Directorate Administrator to work at the Meadowbrook Unit.
The Directorate Secretary will provide a full and comprehensive administration service for multiple managers / clinicians within the Directorate Management Team, ensuring a well organised and effective service.
You will ensure each of your allocated manager / clinicians are well organised and are in receipt of all relevant tools required for the effective running of the service.
In order to meet the needs of the Trust services, you may be required from time to time to work outside of your normal area of work. The Trust reserves the right to change your normal area of work to any other location within the Trust.
You will be expected to produce work within tight schedules and to a consistently high standard.
You will also have exceptional organisational skills and be able to communicate at all levels both, within the Trust and externally.
