**Key Responsibilities / Tasks**
- Participating in our 'Redstone Trainee Headhunter Scheme’
- Business development: Acquiring and developing commodities client relationships and constantly seeking new opportunities in the market for business growth
- Process management: Managing the full 360° recruitment lifecycle from first contact until completion. Arranging interviews, feedback management, closing deals and post-placement follow up
- Market intelligence: Generating leads from interactions with industry professionals and keeping up to date with market news
- Hitting daily targets and KPI's
**Key Qualifications / Experience**
- Sales mindset (as mindset trumps skill set every day of the week)
- Self-motivated, ambitious and target driven
- Confident and articulate presentation in person and on the phone (both cold and warm calling)
- Strong communicators with a sense of humour (we don’t work in a library)
- Able to work in a high pressure environment (such as a library)
- Entrepreneurial with an interest in sales and finance
- True desire to be a trainee headhunter in a fast paced and niche industry
**What do we offer?**
- Salary of £20,500 - £23,500 and uncapped commission structure (with first full year on target earnings of (£45,000 - £60,000))
