**Role: Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Graduate - Recruitment - Sales**

**Location: Bristol**

**Package: £20K-22K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission (£45K OTE Year 1) (£60K OTE Year 2) (£80K OTE Year 3)**

**The Role - Graduate Recruitment Consultant**
- Conducting business development calls to attract new business from clients
- Account Management
- Building relationships with existing and new clients
- Networking
- Negotiating
- Using Recruitment tools to source talent and fill vacancies

- 2:1 at Degree Level or 1 Years Sales Experience
