Head of Aftermarket Services

The Head of Aftermarket Services role is responsible of leading all aspects of our 3rd party Refurbishment and Repair activities required for our Sky Glass and Core product portfolios, supporting our customer service promise in the UK, ROI, Italy and Germany.

A key element of this role is to lead the required business planning and reporting rhythms and ensure these clearly communicated and embedded to help drive regular supplier forecast updates. Important outputs from this role include Cost Per Unit performance management, with a clear focus on sustainability, in support of delivering our business plan.

What you'll do:

- Ensure the After Market Service Supply Chain team is set up for success and aligned with Group Planning and in-market Supply Chain teams to deliver availability and Inventory targets
- Identify and efficiently implement business and process improvements to deliver commercial targets and process improvements
- Handle the monthly business review rhythms to provide an updated supply plan and outlook for our business partners and key suppliers
- Ensure After Market Service supply chain readiness for NPI an EOL portfolio changes to improve product availability and minimize write-off impact risks of obsolete stock
- Lead and provide support on key Supply Chain related projects within the team and across the wider business.
- Lead a team of After Market Service Supply Chain specialists to develop and grow the required capabilities to support the delivery of business targets and to help grow functional and leadership capability

What you'll bring:

- Experience working within a fast paced supply chain environment.
- The ability to communicate effectively and influence at all levels within the business
- A consistent track record within a commercially focused operations management role is crucial.
- Solid experience of managing 3rd party suppliers to deliver against agreed budget and contractual terms
- Degree qualified or similar logistics/supply chain qualification (e.g. APICS) is essential.
- Experienced in the implementation and embedding of business processes such as S&OP and CPFR within a corporate environment is highly desirable
- An analytical mind with attention to detail and experience of delivering senior management reporting
- Line Management experience of cross functional teams is desirable
