What you'll do

You will be running discovery research and validating design work for our award winning TV and content products, ensuring our customers are represented in all product and design decisions.” - Rickard Soderberg, Head of UX Research
- Facilitate and moderate generative and evaluative UX research studies, analyse data and videos, produce research findings and turn these into actionable recommendations.
- Support other researchers in larger research studies and in running workshops.
- Input into research briefs and plans to answer UX research questions.
- Deliver compelling and timely insights to the product and design teams.
- Help drive our user-centred product design culture by advocating all things UX research related.
- Champion the customer when providing input into product/design reviews.
- Support in the team’s drive to increase efficiencies through research ops improvements.

What you'll bring
- 1+ years’ experience as a UX Researcher (or from a highly relevant background).
- Proven experience in conducting UX research (including lab based usability studies, remote user research, surveys, interviews, diary studies and card-sorting) - you should be able to produce example of recent research work where the findings and contribution made a positive impact to the user experience.
- Confident and persuasive oral and written communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and recommend new tools / software.
- A curious mindset and a results driven work ethic.
- A proactive, self-driven individual that has an equally strong team ethos.
- Knowledge of UX principles.
- This role will require travel within UK.

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
