**Assistant Estimator** (Robertson Facilities Management)**
**Location: Stirling**
**Salary: £35,000 - £40,000**

Your new role:
**About the role**
As an Assistant Estimator, you’ll be responsible for:
- Preparing analytical estimating packages for the full cost of the service
- Working closely with the operational team to develop detailed and achievable Service solutions and agree with operational management
- Preparing work packages and developing subcontractor costs
- Labour loading of asset information
- Propose innovative solutions to deliver client requirements
**About you**
Degree level in a relevant Facilities Management related discipline, and you’ll already have experience of estimating for facilities management projects and a background in a similar role. Excellent IT skills are just as important and you’ll have an exceptional understanding of SFG20. You’ll bring strong attention to detail, accurate reporting skills, a professional approach, and a genuine ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
