- **Role Overview**:_
Reporting to the Project Managers you will be required to provide support to the Rail sector Project Managers and Project Engineers producing and keeping up to date all detail project plans/programs including fully resourced plans. Production of individual project plans resource loaded for the Rail Systems business.
- **Main Duties & Responsibilities**:_
- Prepare and Update project plans as required and ensure resource optimization.
- Preparation of project work breakdown structures and project plans.
- Provide project performance management and reporting.
- Ensure that the project team is kept regularly updated and familiar with the programme schedule.
- Drive continuous improvement.
- Manage weekly resource planning meetings.
- Provide progress reports and make recommendations where deviations to projects may occur.
- Identify improved working practices and support processes/procedures.
- Provide logistics support and planning for product deliver.
- Produce monthly resource reports for the Senior Leadership Team.
- **Skills & Experience**:_
- Project Planning experience within a project’s organisation
- Understanding of project planning techniques
- Ability to problem solve, work under own initiative, drive to deliver results and approachable.
- Have a proactive work ethic, be self-driven and flexible, patient with great time management, focus on personal and team learning to further improve business capability.
- Have the ability to work within a team of diverse disciplines.
- Ability to communicate with a wide range of people at all levels
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills
