**At this business it doesn't as this account manager role is 100% home based.**
You'll be working in conjunction with a field-based BDM and will have a joint target. Between you you'll deal with a panel of IFAs in the pension and investment space with a focus on managed funds.
It's one of the best-known brands in the profession, so you won't have a hard time speaking to decision makers. And it's a brand with some brilliant products.
**They have a salary bracket of £35,000 - £40,000. Bonus is paid half yearly and with the current team earning an extra 30-50% of their salary as bonus each year.**
40% of this bonus is made of KPIs rather than performance, recognising more than just sales. The other 60% is performance related with a clear method to earn bonus (15 meaningful calls a day). With a big, existing panel to work from, you’ll achieve that.
**There's a pension of up to 14% total contribution, 26 days holiday (rising to 28) and you can buy/sell holidays.**
The patch is in London but there’s no necessity to be London or indeed southern based. You would only need to attend occasional meetings in London itself.
You'll have account management/B2B experience within financial services (protection/mortgages). But you don't need to be a pension or investment expert. That's what you'll become. But an understanding of financial planning and IFA firms would be great.
The firm will also pay for you to do your financial planning exams.
