**PVC Supervisor**

Tectonics UK is a friendly, family run business, which manufactures Marquees at our factory in Alresford, Hampshire. We are seeking a Reliable and Trustworthy individual, with strong People Management and Leadership Experience, who along with their day-to-day manufacturing duties, are also responsible for delegating all production activities, troubleshooting, solving issues that arise and ensuring a safe and clean production workspace.

The PVC Supervisor must have Management experience and be competent in leading a team and maximising productivity within the department. Manufacturing experience is desired but not essential, as full training will be given.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Planning workloads, allocating tasks and monitoring progress against targets
- Training staff and helping them reach their professional development goals
- Maintaining safety standards
- Ensuring that quality standards are upheld
- Briefing their teams on new initiatives, changes to targets and company news
- Ensuring a clean and tidy working environment
- Conducting performance reviews
- Operating a High Frequency Welding Machine
- Operating an Industrial Sewing Machine
- Manufacturing of parts and stock in line with requirements of the business.

The hours for this role are 8am - 4.30pm from Monday to Friday with designated breaks throughout the day and the option of working some overtime.

Salary £12 - £15 p/h dependant on experience.
