Finance Supervisor

Finance Supervisors - come and join the Guardianship Revolution. We have a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading property guardianship company. You will be responsible for all finance activity and confident in dealing with a variety of stakeholders.  Our ideal candidate enjoys overcoming challenges, working in a paperless finance department and has a passion for all things finance. A highly organised and process driven individual will succeed in this role. You will be responsible for growing the finance team.

Finance Supervisor duties:

• Monitor the status 'Payment Plan', 'Notice to Quit' and 'Legal'
• Oversee Accounts Receivable and Payable to ensure they are hitting their daily and monthly targets.
• Oversee each team member's progress with their objectives every quarter
• Supervises team members in duties and performance, providing feedback on a weekly basis and reporting team performance to senior managers
• Prepare and submit performance report
• Carry out Appraisals and 1-2-1 and set SMART objectives to monitor KPI progress
• Pass on information from upper management to employee and vice versa
• Analysis live data and produce reports for senior managers.

Essential Skills and Qualification:

• Must have a UK driving licence
• You have at least 1-2 years' experience in a senior finance position
• You have previously managed or supervised a small team

Office Hours: Full-time Monday to Friday. Office based role 9:00-5:30. One hour lunch
