HR Process Administrator

**About this role**

As a member of the Specialist Services team within HR Shared Services, you’ll be working alongside a group of people who are all focused on back office processing to ensure some of our critical activities run smoothly. The Specialist Services team manages Payroll, Pension, Benefits and Immigration processing activities and works very closely with our Associate Support team who deal with associate queries via the Ask HR service.

In this key role, you'll provide horizontal support across the Specialist Services function, deal with a wide range of administrative duties, and ensure key tasks are delivered at required times during the cycle.

**What you’ll do**
- Support the payroll lead to administer the payroll process to:

- Deliver accurate pay to associates in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with Capital One policies and regulatory requirements
- Adhere to our suite of controls to mitigate risk of error
- Support the pension and benefits lead to administer all aspects of our pension and suite of benefits:

- Monitor associate benefit elections and ensure they are reported correctly to our suppliers
- Ensure any benefits are reported correctly through payroll
- Comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements
- Adhere to our suite of controls to mitigate risk of error
- Monitor various processes to assure compliance with company and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to:

- Immigration
- Whistleblowing
- Document purging
- Provide administrative support to our UK HR tech lead to:

- Raise intakes
- Co-ordinate testing efforts
- Monitor progression of work in progress and backlogs
- Deal with escalated associate queries
- Create requisitions for all specialist services vendors and reconcile invoices

**What we’re looking for**
- Strong google sheets/excel skills and mathematical capabilities
- Experience in a payroll related role (desirable)
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and administration skills
- A customer focused mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self motivated, ability to prioritise work to meet very specific, tight timelines
- Professional, discrete and confidential
- Good team player

**Where and how you'll work**

This is a permanent position based in our Nottingham_ _office.

We have a hybrid working model, so you’ll be based in our office 3 days a week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, and can work from home on Monday and Friday.
