**Our Role**
As a UX Strategist you will be responsible for developing the taxonomy, navigation, experience design and business/user processes for leading-edge patient and HCP solutions.
You will work on a wide range of products and ecosystems and define and develop multi-channel user journeys for them. You will confidently leverage user-centred design methodologies to translate user needs, context of use, business objectives and technology capabilities to create an optimal experience for our target audiences, and continually learn and develop your skills in all areas.
From day one you will take ownership in the delivery of UX Strategy outputs that go towards shaping experiences for a portfolio of clients and brand audiences, gaining experience of a broad array of project types, and working alongside differing disciplines. You will learn and develop advanced UX strategy skills to complement your strong design and experience foundations.
**What you can expect to be doing**:
- Take responsibility and own the development of a range of assets during project definition and implementation, including: (dependent on project scope) empathy maps, HMW statements, Audience personas, user journeys, process flows, product proposition outlines, user stories, sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes, escalating as and where appropriate
- Consult the design and development teams during product development phases, reviewing work where required and provide constructive feedback in order to refine the user experience as products and journeys become more tangible
- Co-ordinate participatory user testing activities and elicit meaningful insights from the results that will inform UX design, providing recommendations to clients and internal team. Confidently interpret usage data in order to recommend future product enhancements
- Develop strong relationship with clients, developing your standing as the voice of UX strategy and of the agency's thinking
**What we’d like to see from you**:
- Have a refined understanding of the importance of user experience and it's position within the CX and strategic funnel
- Advanced understanding of how UX strategy plays into the customer experience more broadly and supports in achieving business objectives, driving conversion across assets
- Demonstrate and champion advanced UX principles and heuristics
- Thorough understanding of the brand and CX strategies that UX strategy underpins, and ability to articulate this succinctly
- Have a secure understanding of the benefits of the brands we work on, the science behind them, the brand’s positioning and what this means in terms of guiding decision making
**What you can expect from us**
A supportive and challenging environment in which you will have the opportunity to learn, grow, and make an impact that matters. We put a huge investment into #LYNXLife and our #LXAcademy internal programmes. It’s a unique initiative that aims to reward hard work, reduce pressures, and ensure that we can all enjoy our time at Lynx.
