**Digital Marketing Specialist (SEO/PPC)**

We are an award-winning technology company, looking for the newest member of our small but impactful creative team.

Our marketing team each have their own specialities but ultimately work closely to produce high quality, engaging campaigns.

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist who has both SEO and PPC experience, preferably in B2B.

This role will be the go-to expert for a wide range of digital marketing activities, initiatives and projects spanning:

- PPC
- Paid Social
- SEO (Content, Technical and On-site)

**About you:
You’re a passionate and driven digital marketing specialist who can contribute towards the digital marketing strategy as well as implement activities, you strive to deliver the best possible results in everything you do, working well both individually and within a team, all the while being extremely self-motivated, proactive, and organised.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Working closely with the marketing team to help successfully produce and execute marketing campaigns and projects
- Developing and executing an SEO and PPC strategy to support our wider marketing strategy and goals
- Help to produce marketing content such as blogs and webpages to contribute towards PPC and SEO campaigns
- Design and develop digital media campaigns
- Track, report and analyse website analytics and PPC initiatives & campaigns to improve ROI
- Perform regular keyword research and optimisation
- Implement A/B testing and user experience reviews for ads and landing pages
- Regularly reporting on your marketing goals and deliverables
- Remain current on ever-changing industry best-practices, trends, and SEM strategies.
- At least 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, particularly PPC
- Strong working knowledge of PPC and SEO best practices
- Experience in a similar B2B role is preferred but not essential
- Ability to write exceptional SEO driven content
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal as well as amazing listening skills
- A quick learner that can pick up new concepts and technology quickly
- Team worker that also knows how to work independently and can self-motivate
- Fluent English

- Google search console (Webmaster)
- Google keyword planner
- SEMrush (or similar SEO tool)
- Google Ads & Bing Ads
- Wordpress
- Microsoft Suite

**Preferred but not essential**:

- Adobe Suite
- Social media Ads (Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Google Tag Manager
- Google Ads Certified
