You will work closely with the Managing Director to build and execute our brand strategy, elevate our presence, drive product and brand integration, and support business growth.This role requires strength in both brand and product management, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You will collaborate frequently with our German marketing team for alignment, while owning full autonomy over local execution with the support of a Marketing Executive who you will directly lead and mentor. Key ResponsibilitiesBrand Strategy & ExperienceLead the development and execution of the brand strategy, identity, messaging, and visual guidelinesDrive integration of global corporate identityEnsure brand consistency across all customer touch points (online + offline)Monitor brand awareness, perception, and market performance through KPIs and insightsProduct ManagementCollaborate with product teams to influence product strategy based on customer, market, and competitor insightsOwn product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for new and existing productsSupport product lifecycle management: range evolution, rationalisation, and performance reviewCreate product collateral, messaging frameworks, and launch toolkits for sales and tradeMarketing Execution & CommunicationsDevelop and implement integrated marketing campaigns, with a digital-first mindset supported by strong social media understandingOversee content strategy and support hands-on creation for social, digital, and core marketing channelsLead planning and execution of trade fairs, events and brand activationsBuild and manage loyalty programmes to drive customer engagement and retentionEnsure marketing initiatives deliver measurable results and support commercial goalsTeam & CollaborationLead and develop the UK Marketing Executive; define priorities, support daily execution, and guide professional growthWork closely with internal teams (Sales, Product, Customer Service, German Marketing) to align messaging and activitiesCommunicate marketing strategy, key initiatives, and performance updates to the MD and senior stakeholdersCommercial & InsightManage the marketing budget and ensure effective use of resourcesTrack campaign performance and ROI; lead data-driven decision makingAnalyse consumer and competitor trends; apply insights to optimise plansExperience & Skills Required10+ years’ experience in brand development, strategic marketing and communicationsExperience in Product Management, including positioning, go-to-market, and product lifecycle supportProven competence in managing product launches and cross-functional alignmentDigital-first mindset — social-media savvy with experience shaping digital channel strategies and content planningExperience with loyalty programmes and trade fairs/exhibitionsExperience managing or developing junior team membersExperience expanding brands into international markets is a strong advantageExcellent communicator and storyteller with strong presentation skillsCommercially minded; analytical and data-drivenAble to work cross-border (Germany collaboration) while operating autonomously locallyMust be hands-on and comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial organisationDegree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master desirable)Personal QualitiesStrategic thinker who enjoys rolling up sleeves to deliverPassionate about product, brand, and customer experienceCreative, curious, resourcefulCollaborative; builds strong relationships across functions and countriesHighly organised with strong project management capabilityResults-oriented, proactive, and driven to continuously improveWhat We OfferFull ownership of the marketing and brand function, reporting directly to the MDAbility to shape product and brand strategy in a premium business entering an exciting growth phaseClose collaboration with an international team, with substantial autonomyOpportunity to influence the full customer journey and drive business successCompetitive salary and benefits package Apply today and help us shape the future of 1810, a Schock Group Company.About The 1810 Company:The 1810 Company, located in Mold, North Wales, is a highly reputed supplier of quality kitchen sinks, taps and accessories.
