Allstaff Manufacturing Division require a Nightshift Production Supervisor for one of our Key clients based in paisley. This will be on a Nightshift basis, Sunday to Thursday (5 nights). Salary will be based on £35,000 + Shift Allowance.

The role is to assist the Manager in ensuring the safe and operational efficiency of day to day production which guarantees optimum performance, achieving all production KPI’s, and fulfil customer demands whilst ensuring all company procedures and compliances (both internal and external) are fully met.

The role:

- Embed H&S culture of zero tolerance ensuring the policy is fully understood, owned and implemented by every individual
- Promote the use of TCards for near miss and hazard reporting
- ensuring appropriate feedback and recognition to operators.
- Implement the actions identified through internal and external audits (including health & safety and quality inspections) and ensure they are completed in a timely manner
- Taking responsibility for ensureing the nightshift runs smoothly and making firm decisions
- Manage all internal and external regulatory compliances and guidelines as set out by health & safety, quality and environmental requirements
- Ensure all prescribed quality checks are carried out by machine operators, to ensure product quality is not compromised
- Supervise to execute the production plan, communicating and highlighting any risk to OTIF to Production Manager
- Takes ownership recording and monitoring and improving KPIs
- Create an open and honest culture of communications between management and factory employees
- Performance management of team leaders and operators required with the support of HR, e.g. absence management, lateness Handling holiday / absence requests and identifying any labour shortages to the Manager
