Nightshift Cleaner – Sodexo (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Paisley) Full-time – 37.5 hours per week (10pm–6am) – £12.21 per hour. Job Overview We are looking for a reliable Nightshift Cleaner to support the cleanliness, safety, and smooth operation of the Thermo Fisher Scientific site in Paisley. This role is key to maintaining high standards across a busy scientific and manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do (Responsibilities) Carry out scheduled cleaning across factory and production areas, including factory equipment Clean showers, changing areas, gym facilities, and corridors to ensure they remain safe, hygienic, and well presented Complete routine nightly cleaning tasks as directed and respond to any additional cleaning requests Follow all site safety procedures and hygiene protocols to maintain a compliant working environment Work independently during night hours while keeping clear communication with the wider team What You’ll Bring (Qualifications) Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential – full training will be provided Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to follow procedures accurately Comfort working independently on night shifts Good communication skills and a positive, professional approach to your work If you’re looking for a stable role in a supportive team, with opportunities to grow your skills in an important industrial setting, we’d like to hear from you.
