Health, Safety and Environment Administrator - Temporary Contract 12 months

Key Position Purpose: As an HSE Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our Health, Safety & Environment team. Your responsibilities will span medical bookings, training coordination, reporting, and communication. Additionally, you’ll contribute to our Enablon HSE database.

Key Accountabilities:
Occupational Health Surveillance: Collaborate with the occupational health nurse to address backlog. Book medical slots and ensure attendance follow-up.

HSE Training Coordination: Organize HSE training sessions based on the new training matrix.

Reserve training rooms, coordinate internal and external trainers, and maintain training records.

Reporting Tasks: Assist HSE team members in collecting data from various sources. Collate monthly and annual reports.

Action Management Project: Follow up on outstanding HSE actions.

Facilitate closeout and data transfer from Lotus Notes to the new Enablon system.

HSE Communications: Support general HSE communications within the team.

Remind team members of 1MZ meeting presentations and audit requirements.

Additional Duties: Be flexible and assist the HSE team as needed.

Qualifications, Experience, Licences, Tickets:

- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- A keen interest in Health, Safety and Environment.
