**Who Does This Role Report Into? **Building Manager

**Role Summary / Purpose and Scope**

As Guest Experience Host you will be responsible for activating and facilitating a warm, welcoming and memorable experience for our tenants and guests at Citadel. This is a highly relational role that will set the tone for the whole building.

You will support the Building Manager and Senior Management Team with day-to-day operations and maintenance with understanding of expenditure and current legislation. We are looking for a highly motivated and hospitable person capable of running our guest management processes, providing guests with an excellent service, as well as being responsible for a range of administrative front desk duties.

As Guest Experience Host you will work closely with the Kinrise Community Team to create a beyond-office experience, helping to ensure that our desk and meeting room spaces run smoothly and helping to activate the ground floor space.

**£22,000 - £24,000 **per annum, depending on experience.
