We're also a part of the Merlin Entertainments Group, connecting you to iconic brands like our LEGOLAND Parks, Madame Tussauds, Alton Towers Resort and more We're currently looking for **Aquarium Snorkel Experience Hosts** to join our team **About the Role** The Aquarium Snorkel Experience Host is responsible for operating the Cage Snorkel Experience on a day to day basis, delivering an exceptional guest experience and ensuring guest safety at all time. We are looking for Part-Time Guides who can work mostly weekends and school holidays. **Due to the nature of this role the successful applicants must be aged 18 or above.** You must be a professional and safety conscious individual, who has the ability to work well within a high paced environment. You must ensure the customer is always at the forefront of your mind, be an enthusiastic team player and be able to work with other colleagues in a dynamic working environment. The Aquarium Snorkel Experience Hosts core responsibility is the leading of cage snorkelling experiences in a purpose-built aquarium. This will include briefing and overseeing guest snorkel experiences in the Bear Grylls Adventure Ocean Tank and having the right attitude and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences. We constantly develop new ideas to engage with our guests and you are invited to support this with new, innovative ideas. You will also provide surface support for the Dive Instructors including site preparation, equipment care, like ensuring the appropriate storage and maintenance in accordance with manufacturers recommendations, local guidelines, and company policies. **About You** - ** **You have a passion for marine life and promotion of conservation - Ideally have experience with snorkelling and associated equipment - You love to be part of the action and immerse yourself in the experience.
