About the role
Tesco Maintenance have a great opportunity for a Technical Planner to support the delivery and execution of planned and reactive maintenance work activities to the head office estate.

You will be responsible for
Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence and have these specific risk responsibilities:

- Supporting the implementation and control of the CAFM system.
- Monitoring and promoting the use of the CAFM system by approved third party contractors.
- Being a champion in the promotion of correct use of the CAFM system.
- Creating monthly performance reports for head office activities using data gathered from the CAFM system.
- Managing my own time and resources effectively, making the most of my time at work.
- Being the ‘go to’ person for the Lead Maintenance Manager when providing work order and system updates.
- Act with integrity and authenticity; I do what I say I will do, to build credibility.
- Understanding facts and have accurate data to help place the customer at the heart of the everything we do
- Living our values, treating others how they want to be treated, and help to create a great place to work

**Key people and teams you will be working with**:

- National Operation Centre (NOC) teams
- Head Office Maintenance teams,
- Maintenance Support Office, TB (Tesco Bengaluru), and External Contractors.

**People, budgets and other resources I am accountable for in my job**:

- The planning, issue, and correct closure of maintenance tasks (WON's) to both in-house and third-party contracting teams.
- The creation and issue of monthly performance reports to the Lead Maintenance Manager.

You will need
**Operational Skills**:

- Methodical working and time management.

- Root cause analysis and financial awareness.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.

**Relevant Experience**:

- Experience working within a Building Services Engineering environment.
- Experience working with CAFM systems such as Verisae.
- Knowledge of process improvement techniques.
- Working and communicating with remote teams.
- Conflict resolution.
- Intermediate IT skills.
- An awareness of Contractor Management.
