Here at **Graham & Brown**, we are looking for an enthusiastic **SEO Manager** to join the team, based at our Design & Marketing Centre in Blackburn**.** You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis. In return, you will receive a competitive salary of £35,417 to £44,271 per annum.

As our **SEO Manager**, you will be responsible for managing all SEO activities to enhance our digital presence and improve our search engine rankings, driving incremental sales through organic search.

**Our SEO Manager will have the following responsibilities**:

- Setting reasonable, logical and commercially viable performance targets- Investing in SEO tools/software to drive the best Return on Investment- Defining resource requirements for on-site content and PR / link building- Building, maintaining and prioritising a keyword universe of relevant search terms, understanding their relative commercial importance- Being responsible for the technical optimisation of the Graham & Brown and Wallpaper It websites- Identifying target landing pages for priority search queries, and seeking to optimise them accordingly- Tracking rankings, traffic and conversions against search queries in the keyword universe- Tracking site performance against various technical and customer satisfaction indicators- Working closely with product managers, web trading teams, operational teams, brand marketing, developers and the wider digital marketing team- Ensuring any actions align with delivering a leading customer experience, putting the user first
**Experience and skills required by our SEO Manager**:

- Experience in managing an SEO strategy- Knowledge of SEO tracking and analysis tools (Such as Ahrefs, SEM Rush, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc)- Strong communication both written and verbal and the ability to work collaboratively- The ability to work at a fast pace in a high-performance team- Strategic thinker and decision maker
