**Title - **Project Management Degree Apprentice

**Program - **Project Management Degree - Level 4, 5 and 6

**Duration - **48 months + 6 months EPA

**Responsibilities**:

- You will be working collaboratively with clients and colleagues to support the successful delivery and handover of projects and ensure that benefits can be realised.
- To understand the project scope, purpose & value, then successfully deliver the project deliverables (definition, budget, duration, goals & benefits, quality).
- Follow project management best practices.
- Develop and maintain a strong rapport and working relationship with clients in order to build a sense of trust and confidence in the business being able to deliver the level of service and results the client expects.
- Use tools to measure the success of campaign performances and to track key clients KPIs, as well as identifying trends and patterns and to suggest possible reasons why they occurred and work alongside the wider team on devising solutions (problem solving).
- Positively influence key stakeholders (both internal & external) associated with the project.
- Plan and conduct project meetings ensuring effective communication with clients and the project team.
- Manage and direct delivery from partners wherever the project/work stream requires it.
- Set expectations and ensure the project team has the tools and training required to perform the required tasks.
- Planning and allocating resources, monitoring progress, and keeping stakeholders informed throughout the project lifecycle.
- In the course of time, recommend potential future improvements in the context of working on and leading projects and programmes.

It is important to maintain a positive conduct, as the ability to cooperate with colleagues and work in a team environment is necessary in this position.

- Broad understanding about Digital Marketing would be desirable
- Good attention to detail and accuracy

- An understanding of marketing is desirable

**Entry requirements**:
120 UCAS Tariff points.

From a combination of acceptable Level 3 qualifications which may include: A level or BTEC Diplomas/Extended Diplomas.

£18,000 - £25,000 per annum.

This opportunity gives the apprentice the opportunity to gain day-to-day experience working in a fully-functional Marketing Agency.

Alongside completing a full BSC (HONS) Project Management Degree Apprenticeship with QA Apprenticeships.

Upon completion of the apprenticeship, eBusiness has the platform to offer the apprentice a full-time role working within their organisation.
